Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. For US customers, it takes 5 to 7 days (2 days with express shipping), same for Canada, EU shipping is 9 to 15 days, and worldwide orders also arrive in 9 to 15 days. You'll receive a tracking number for your order, and our warehouse team processes orders within 1-2 days.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality sterling silver .925 to create our rings, ensuring durability, lasting shine, and a beautiful patina over time.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in new condition with original packaging and tags. Some items are final sale, except during site-wide sales or with discount codes. Returns may take up to 3 weeks.
Do you have warranty?
We offer a Lifetime Warranty to ensure the quality of our items. It covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser's lifetime, starting from the purchase date at an authorized Zeno retailer, and in accordance with applicable laws.
