Returns & Exchanges
With quality as our guiding principle, we strive to ensure that every item we offer meets our high standards. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item to us within 30 days of its arrival.
The product must be in new condition, with no visible wear or damage, and must be returned in its original packaging, including tags.
It's important to approach any challenges with a calm and rational mindset. While returns may take up to 3 weeks to process, we do our best to achieve them as quickly as possible.
Return Process

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
